Exercising and being active have always been a large part of this lifestyle. After suffering from injuries from a young age, I knew how devastating it was to me. I couldn’t get faster, stronger, or better with an injury.

Fast forward three (or so) years and I started COMNESS. The brand was born to serve people with the gear they need to alleviate the pain and recover from injuries.

But then something dawned on me…

I realized that they need a brand that will serve them in a more concerned way. I was tired of supporting brands that did not understand me. I wanted a community to support me on the journey.

From the gear you use on your exercises or recovery, the community you interact with daily, and the information you consume in your off-time. COMNESS is an all-encompassing lifestyle for people who want to carry the same vigor of self-improvement into their own life.
