At first I thought this was going to be a run-of-the-mill purchase because I used to use a towel to stretch my hamstrings and calves, but after using this for over a month I’ve come to love it. I actually look forward to my 10 minutes of stretching every day. I am an avid weight trainer and I also have leg circulation issues so stretching is crucial for me. I can’t stress how much improvement I’ve seen over the last month and a half or so since I ordered this product. It really allows me to get a full and complete stretch of the hamstrings, my iliotibial band, my calves, and my quadriceps. When I’m done with my stretching my legs feel more awake and as if they are getting full circulation.
My workout sessions are better as are my daily walks with my dog. I really like the added stretch I can get with the pulls on the strap and the fact that it’s so much easier to get my quads without having to reach my foot behind my back. Highly recommended if you have flexibility or circulation issues.

I’ve suffered from plantar fasciitis off and on for years. I work retail, long days on my feet on unforgiving floors. I’m afraid that I’ve resigned myself to spending the rest of my life in tears over foot pain because I’ve tried everything that promised relief: energizing foot lotions, pain relief ointments, every brand of shoe recommended to me, all the insoles ever made, foot baths, massaging balls and rollers and devices, etc, etc, etc.
I had a good outcome using a plantar fasciitis relief splint that I got from Wal-Mart for 30 bucks. But I had to wear it all night, every night and took a few weeks for the relief to finally start. It was hard plastic, but I was willing to tolerate the discomfort of the device. Until i started noticing pressure sores on my calves.
So I’m back to spending a hundred bucks a month on shoes and wearing a different pair every day, hoping the novelty will keep my feet happy. But I come home from a 10 hour shift in tears again. My feet hurt and my calves have been throbbing and I can’t get a good night’s sleep because my legs feel so bad.
I was looking for a new set of insoles or some other magic formula when I ran across this handy little device. Remembering the success I had with the splint I tried, I ordered this on a whim. It came within three days and I was so excited when the package arrived that I tossed everything else aside and sat down to strap into this thing.
I was a bit confused by the diagram and ended up putting it on backwards or upside down three different times before I took a breath and sorted out which end should be in my hand and where my heel needed to go. Then I gave it a gentle pull and felt my plantar fascia lengthen and stretch. I pulled a little harder and the knots in my calves began to loosen and then I felt the stretch all the way into the back of my thighs.
5 minutes worth of stretching on each leg makes me feel like a whole new human. The next day of work went so much better. At the end of the shift, my feet felt how they used to feel halfway through the shift. I made it home without limping for the first time in years. This is now part of my daily routine after work and I have recommended it to everybody I know.

I just received my Comness foot and calf stretcher. I couldn’t wait to tell you how amazed, pleased and excited I am for this product ! I am 2.5 years post hip replacement that was botched causing severe complications resulting in immediate common peroneal nerve palsy causing Foot Drop. I have purchased probably close to 100 products to try to help me with rehabilitation. I think I have tried every AFO, brace, straps you name it I bought it. This product is exactly what I needed 2 years ago. But since I still have the palsy and foot drop I decided to try your product.
